Proud of myself for finishing this. I have a cold, it's cold( and windy) and I just felt out of sorts at my desk all day. I forced myself to get into the warmup and still felt like crap so I took a bathroom & stretch break around 1.5 mile then told myself to do 1 rep and if it totally sucked I could call it.... It totally sucked but I also realized I was out here and there was no reason I couldn't complete it. My calves in particular complained the whole time but it certainly felt better than the 3xmile on/off last week. The stride finally didn't feel totally forced in the third rep. unfortunately I could feel the hamstring and right calf and just kept tweaking the stride most of the second rep until I found something that works. Not sure if Ineed to permanently alter the stride or if I need to shut things down again to heal. We'll see during Thursday's workout.
