Thorsday, complete with an underwater spillway that necessitated full on front crawl for 50m or so (lap 4 above). Also no slow people showed up so I just hung with Warren, Chris, Matt, the Hodge girls and Danika damn near PRd in spit of it all.
Note the stomach was great until I was pushing hard on double hill. I ate 3 slices of thin crust buffalo chicken and I think having something solid in my stomach really helped. The simple 1 slice toast + PB just won't cut it.
