Memorial Hill Monday... tried to keep it super super ez. HRM kept showing -- or getting cadence lock. Every so often it would flash to 13x so I knew I was doing it right. Had a stop at Iowa Run Co. which accounts for the xtra 2 min.
weight was way way down today but I pigged out on Heather's cookies so that won't last lol
