Took a week off, but could feel IT band still not right so easy and short mostly drills.
6x strides
2x high knees
3x butt kicks
3x high skips
1x carioca
felt off at first but after second round of butt kicks things felt better. last .5 miles was nice and relaxed. Need to focus on floating starting with the hips and the foot seems to pull back properly with no strain on the knee.
