Tuesday Night Track w/ Adam!!
So I should have stared at the watch more... I went into this thinking 6-7x1000 w 45 sec walk would be good. As the numbers show, I hideously overran every single effort. I was even thinking running them at 7:30 pace might be ok and I kept going 6:low.
Need to change the setup on the watch to show lap time and avg lap pace. and maybe trying doing Thorsday as a mini-progression to get some of that missing tempo impetus, especially since I skipped my lifting.
