A workout!!! A workout!

RHR this morning was 41! That's either amazing or I'm super fatigued. I skipped swimming because I was tired from all the construction at Dan & Rhonda's lately but lifting went well and I felt good on the singletrack so I let myself go from the low 13x I've been cruising at to 13high -14low and felt like I was moving well. Went to the flatish section of horse trail from the hill over to the campground to singletrack connection which is about 1KM long and ran it twice just a bit easier than LT as I really wanted to ease into workouts and it felt good.
