Took this super easy for the first three miles. Just focused on form, mostly toe off (not overpronating or landing real wide) and glute activation. It became really hard to tell if I was using my right glute after 2 miles and at the end my piriformis is sore so (??). However at mile 3 I switched to focusing on keeping the knees from collapsing and really using the hips and I haven't felt the hips that loose in forever. I did some bounding and carioca after.

Felt amazing to get out there and the hips felt great but the calf felt on the verge of niggling and the right hammy isn't quite right. Also based on feeling the right leg just doesn't drive back as far as the left (glute activation?).
