3x 1 mile Hard / 1 mile EZ
Lots and lots of ice. 15F and windy but I was working hard enough that really didn't bother me. The hard sections were.. well hard and I never had a spot where I just felt good. The stride felt forced, the right shin was throbbing a little, the hamstring was good, the cadence was low and I felt like I was pounding the ground with a herky stride that featured tight hips and some pressure on the outside of my right knee. Once the hard stuff was done, I just floated and everything was easy and the stride felt natural (wtf)
