felt terrible. Soooo much fatigue. Probably due to lack of sleep but 96% humidity cannot help. I tried to run hill sprints but while the first one felt great, even a 3 min jog didn't recover me for number 2 so I just called it off. I also don't trust the weight on the scale this morning. I've been eating terribly and it topped 170 at one point last week. =( Gotta cut out the evening beers and snacking.
