Notes

First run with the Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR. Really struggled with hamstring soreness for about 5 miles then everything just locked in. HR was really high but effort wasn't that high sooooo... it might be time for a new test or maybe I need to wear the chest strap to compare the numbers...

Anyway the spillway was down low enough we could ford the river with just wet shoes but the normal path up was blocked by water so we got to climb!!! Still tons of leaves on the path so post spillway was extra slow.
