Went into this thinking 90s jog but the legs were sore from yesterday so this seemed a good compromise. Also had 100sec/lap (640/mi,)in the back of my head and I finished stronger than that. Not 100% sure what my first lap was as I forgot to lap out of the warmup. Regardless, very happy with how well this went!
also this was super windy. so heading south on the track was pretty rough, tried to just stay smooth with a high cadence through there and pick it up going north.
