Keep it easy!!! + 6 hill sprints
No hill sprints just tired from heat, pt and rt foot arch is sore. Plenty of hammy, calf niggles, just my imagination?? I doubt it. Ran the bowman trail around into Hannah park, but drove to trailhead. Watch died a minute in and I clearly exerted more than ez effort.
