Supposedly 29mph winds but they weren't (it was cold, just not that bad).
Run w Phil. I was worried about the calf going in as I woke up with it niggling but neither it nor the hamstring caused any problems. Focusing on getting the toe off through the big toe/left ball of foot (i.e. an actual pronation) seems to have have helped take pressure off. **Fingers Crossed**
Very very slippery run, stayed mostly in the street but loose snow/melty muck just isn't the greatest of traction, but it's great preparation for Psycho Wyco. =)
