Very very strange going pain around 11 min made me stop and stretch and it pretty much went away. Tons of mobility work before/after (see the weights logging). I was uber sore in the hamstring from yesterday's lifting session.
2 caveats:
GPS error at beginning made first mile a touch too fast.
manually took HR at end when it said 160-163 and got 132 so I was still going ez, I think it was just cadence lock -- movescount says cadence ranged from 80-85 strides/min so that would make sense.
Weight was really bad after yesterday's binge, I had been hovering close to sub 160 and multiple egg-nogs (w/ Irish creme), cheese wontons and pretzels sabotaged that. Had a huge BM post-weigh in so it might not be this bad, but I need to be careful at holiday time.
