Perfect running weather!! Ran with Michael targeting a 1:45 but had to slow down after the spillway because Michael doesn't have a headlight and runs downhill slowly. Then he dropped me uphill on double hill grr. Next week I'm going easier on Wednesday and crushing the end.
The other interesting thing is that the last two weeks around mile 6-8 my stomach gets a bit upset, it feels completely empty and ... acidy. Makes the miles after a touch difficult
