Perfect day, 66F, 2mph wind but humid. However after 2 miles the legs still weren't feeling it so I went with 6 laps of strides on the front straight and drills on the back: carioca, running backwards, A-skip/highknee/bound. Felt amazing by the "CD". Tried a 100m all out sprint but was rather dissapointed.
