4E + 4 hill sprints
The last two I could feel the hammy but it never caused me big trouble. Both miles were net uphill so that caused the HR to be a little higher than I wanted... I'm not as fit as I want to be... once I did hill sprints my hammy didn't even niggle on the recoveries????? what?so strange. I'm beginning to think it has to do wtih how my left leg is planting causing the right to not swing straight or something. Bringing the feet in closer rather than exagerating the around a line run I've used to help avoid ITBS seems to be good??? All speculation at this point but happy with the sprints even though the last two featured bad button presses to end them so they have a few extra seconds.
