Super ez on the trails at Squaw Creek. Legs and hips felt just really sore. This was supposed to be 30 minutes but I got lost lol.

DId 1 hour of PT this morning and Jessica really beat up my hips w/ the bands. The calves weren't too bad. I need to keep doing the calf raises every time I see stairs however.
