wore the pink zantes to Especially For You race (for breast cancer) but nearly everyone else was wearing their race shirt (super weird).

Legs didn't loosen up during warm up so I decided to tempo this and maybe the HR was a little high but it felt way easier than the 5000m on track a week ago which yielded a similar time.
Hamstring got a little tight in mile 2 so I couldn't really extend the stride but the calf was great. I really do seem to be getting healthy.
