Nailed the first 10 minutes keeping the HR reasonable but hit a big hill at the end of that and the next 20 was just a struggle to keep turnover high but not letting HR get crazy.
Also it was 82 with a ReelFeel of 91 due to the absurd humidity. Muddy trails at Squaw creek, bad sleep last night and the sore throat didn't help things so I'm frankly proud I went into this with a good attitude and kept the effort high without stressing about pace.
