Tried to go 730/715/700 w 2 min jog between.
First one was too fast but hamstring wasn't noticeable..Second one the hammy was acting up and I forgot that I had lapped at 3.2x miles so when it rolled over to 4 I quit the interval. Ooops
Also HR was high to start the day and it was 78 + humid
Really unsure where to go with the hammy problem for now. right outer hip feels a touch sore while the glute (upper/outer is that medius?) was sore immediately post run. The stride felt really good during the CD as it always does post workout.
