40 min super ez. 63F is wonderful for keeping perceived effort super low and the HR was often in the 128-135 range when I looked at the watch (and occasionally 16x when it caught cadence).
8 hill sprints. Really happy with how the speed is coming back. Focus on getting glute activation on the left side.
