Felt off , slow, trouble breathing etc. during warmup so I just went into a ton of drills with pull buoy and snorkel. Then had issues with my left shoulder so did a ton of 25s with long recovery focused on technique, mostly catch and occasionally rotation or glide. Paces slowly came down. Did 50s kick on side drill then a 4x50 and felt really smooth with them coming in under 50 with relatively little effort.
