Super Windy day at Morgan Creek. Still sore from yesterday, running 2x3 mi w / Ben w 5 min rest in between. Took an 2 break on the second loop for some water and to get sand out of the shoe (2 creek crossings per lap). Super hot and humid too.Pretty happy we didn't fade.
Note to self: Ben doesn't believe in warmups so may want to show up early to runs with him in the future.
