ground was hard and the Hayate cleats didn't feel advantageous. It took a solid mile of tempo before the stride really got going. Unfortunately I was wheezing the whole time and resting HR has been high. I think I have the start of an URI so I kept the whole thing quite short. 1E + 3T + 1E. A longer warm up is for sure required next time.
