25mph wind and another night of bad sleep (+1/3 of a pizza and 4 beers) along with sore legs and an overcast day that threatened to rain had me questioning if I should run at all, let alone do a workout. Glad I did. From the first step I felt powerful, the HR monitor was reading really high (cadence maybe?) but low 8s pace was effortless and when I started the WO pace climbed slowly with the interval duration and came back down after I survived the long reps!!!
Great workout.
Otis road on the way out had a 6' wide spot with water on both sides, post workout it was covered and I had to run on the tracks, in mud and on ice to get by (yuck).
