hot but not humid today!
Doing IF, no eating prior to run. Didn't notice any impact
Focus 1 - pull, use the big muscles -- butt, butt, butt (and hammy).
Focus 2 - high cadence. Tried to keep stride short but it's hard to run super easy when increasing cadence. I didn't have a watch visible so I have no idea how successful this was
Was sweating buckets at the end of mile 1 so slowed a touch but going up memorial hill was surprisingly easy (relative to last week).
