Ouch. Hung with Michael and Sonja for 10 miles and just died on the uphills (I had died before that). Also note to self: don't eat 6 beef sticks, 2 slices of pie and a beer on WEdnesday night. I needed to pit stop sooo bad but was soo constipated and my stomach couldn't take it.
