Spiked up and raced hard. First lap was ummm... optimistic =)

After that I settled in between 97-100 sec per lap and tried to hold on, slipped for 2 laps but finished strong. Hammy niggled around 1800m but found a way to relax and reset the stride. It did feel like the left glute wasn't doing it's part.
