Lovely snowy run to a group run where I promptly ran away and didn't chat at all (sorry Alick). Gps cut out at some point so manually capturing this. Slight hamstring niggle on the uphill at Kent at the very end, other than that felt strong and smooth. I really thought I was jogging easy when I left everyone and kept expecting Alick to catch up to me.
