4xKM on 400 jog + 4x200 on 200 jog
goal was to start at 4:10/KM and work down to 3:55, run 200s at :44
Actual: 4:09, 4:04, 3:59, 3:49!!!
walked some of the jog recoveries. The legs were fine but heavy and the mind just didn't want to go.
200s: 45, 43, 42, 41
I noticed the adductor around a couple corners and just focused on getting a full stride and relaxing as much as possible while running quickly. Kicking my butt helps so I think I'm arresting the kickback too soon and forcing the leg forward?? No idea. That said it wasn't painful today like it was on Monday so I'm happy. Nordic curls tonight!!!

1x5 ATG Split squats (have to work on relaxing into the low position on the right leg forward)
just in case I seriously peruse the log in the future I've been walking ~30 min w/ Piper at Wanatee 3 times a week lately. I don't think it's a big deal but it's nice to get the blood flowing. I could probably just Z1 spin for a similar affect but then Piper would be sad.
