Goal was 6x800 w/ 200jg @ CV effort (3:15).

really gotta work on my pacing. Using the 205 would be better than manually splitting with the
Conclusion: I totally overran this and had terrible splits but I don't feel totally beat up from it. I will have to be careful next time with more sets to nail the pacing but so far I'm keeping my workload limited and that is helping.
