Long run, last 20 minutes with the doggo (and two times when I forgot to start the watch so probably an extra 5 minutes running!). Had to only stop twice to let the calf relax. Not sure if that's great progress but it feels like it. Working on flexing the ankle up during recovery portion of stride to mid/heel strike more and take stress off the calf. The stride felt like it changed and became more natural with Piper along, not sure if that's because we were going faster but she wasn't pulling so I don't know what happened. I'll have to try and find that stride more often.
