5k tempo (22:03, Jason wanted me to hit 21 but legs just weren't there. KM 3 was uphill so that was a consistent effort and picked it up a little for KM 4-5. Calf/Hamstring weren't 100% either. I've asked Jason to move me back to the 2Q type schedule. I think I'll just do SAM today and skip weights.
+ 5x:25 uphill. Those felt really really strong.
