goal was 40' steady + 4 hill strides

I got that mostly right but the steady crept up out of Z2 into low Z3 quite a bit.

Those squat DOMs plus not sleeping well last night (2 beers + 6 hours = poor sleep) not such a great idea.

Followed up with band work for the hips!
