Sloshy horse trails, no hills just the flat parts. 15 min WU, 15 minutes of strides when HR <=135, CD.

Unfortunately my right hamstring was really tight and I felt like the left glute wasn't activating so it made for a wonky day where the stride didn't feel very good. Tried to just relax and run through it. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
