Notes

Was a little tired before starting but didn't have a Power Gel. Stopped after 14 minutes to stretch calves & ankles as they were sort of cramping/tight. Stopped at least three times all up during the run as legs were tight and a little sore, however first half of the run was worse than the second half. Stopped watch at 30 minute mark to stretch legs (again) and then stopped watch at netball courts (for drink break). Time wasn't too bad considering but I'm not totally happy with it. Will take dogs for a walk shortly to keep legs warm.
