Was pretty cold this morning but only wore 3 layers (only one was long sleeved though). Legs are still feeling tired but ride was okay considering. I know Keith would've pushed me a lot harder had he ridden, but av speed was still good nonetheless. Went along highway, Tramway Road, Firmins Lane, Mattingsley Hill Road, Hunter Road, Liddiard Road, Highway then Whittakers Road to home.
