One day I'm going to surprise you by writing that there was NO wind.......that day however, isn't today. Freaking windy AGAIN. This time a West/South-westerly. We went along Alexanders Road and headed out to Churchill, turning left before we got there, Mattingley Hill, Princes Hwy, Coonuc, Cross's Road. The headwind was REALLY difficult to ride into and my HR managed to get up to 164bpm when pushing into it.....ON THE FLAT!!! The upside of today's ride was an awesome 68.1kph max. Nowhere near my fastest but still a buzz either way :-)
