Notes

First lap (of 3km) was done in about 12:50 but second leg was definitely harder. My left knee was sore although the right calf was actually pretty good. I'd warmed up and stretched as well as Deep Heating both legs. Stopped three times during course of race (very difficult course) - was possibly tired because I'd pigged out on chips last night and I also hadn't run in three days. Will eat better the night before the next race.
