Legs felt a little tired when I started but despite that, we agreed to head up the Tyers hill (what WAS I thinking???). Amazingly, I felt okay(ish) going up and still managed to get up some speed coming back. Am definitely getting fitter. Be interesting to see if the running improves my speed on the bike :-)
