Amy Gillett Ride today. We broke the four hour mark which was awesome. I fell off within the first 15km after having to stop at traffic lights and the girl in front braked after I'd clipped in. Landed on my left knee which started to ache by about 60kms. Overall good ride and I'm pleased.
