Notes
Was fairly chilly but clear when I left home, only to find fog from Traralgon-Glengarry Road right through to the turn off to Tyers. Stopped at least three times during ride - was fairly tired from about halfway through and very nearly skipped doing Churchill. Had a gel before the Pondage, and a Coke and chocolate bar in Churchill. Didn't seem to feel it for at least 20 mins though. Am a little tired now and legs are fatigued (two hours later).
