Hip and toe held up well (although they're a little sore now 12 hours later). Ran with Sue Elsdon who got me running faster than I initially was going to. Sue broke away near the second last hill, while i walked partway up the last two hills. I have never run this course before and wasn't sure of the finish line and ended up stopping for a rest only 100 metres away from it. Next time I won't need to stop.
