It was a cool 7 degrees when we left Traralgon, but unfortunately got down to 5 by the time we hit Morwell thanks to the fog (although the windchill factor would've been even colder when you're sitting on 25-30kph). We ended up cutting it short and heading back towards Traralgon to get back into the sun because our fingers and toes were literally painful after a relatively short time. Keith ended up with A-fib as well and headed home, so I did another 23kms on my own which was quite nice. My average was fairly low but given it's my first form of exercise in a week, and that I'm still recovering from the flu, it's not too bad. Hoping to head out tomorrow as well seeing as it's meant to be sunny.......although this time I think it'll be later in the day and not when it's so freaking COLD!!!!
