Notes

Ran at 5.8 on a 1 incline, translates to 10:12 pace, last mile was at 5.9. Not sure if I should go this route or if I should just run the pace so that I get a faster turnover. Did take 10 second walk breaks after mile 1 & 2. Left hip flexor felt tight (kinda like it was catching on something)
