Ran with Stacy. 6x600. The rest of the run was GA. My best pace was 6:05 but couldn't hold it the entire time. I stayed below 7:00 for most of them but I had a few where I was totally tanked. I had the oddest feeling in my chest after the really hard ones, almost like an electric ripple shock that lasted about 5-10 seconds.

Stacy best time was 5:15 but I don't think she maintained it the whole time.
