Notes

Took 6 days off. Just thought I could use the rest, I've been going pretty hard and after my last run I had nothing left. So first day back and my cardio felt great but my body was protesting with achy muscles and it felt like I didn't have a lot of control of how to place my legs. Now that it is over I feel good, like I did something good for myself.
