With 5 @ 15 K pace (8:40) Ran with Shawn and Stacy. mile 1 - 8:01, mile 2 - 8:20, mile 3 - 8:17, mile 4 - 8:30, mile 5 - 8:08.

Breathing was difficult from the beginning. Couldn't keep the early pace but only needed to hit 8:30 so over all it was a great run. Last mile I decided I needed to suck it up and push a little harder. Tried to stay focused on stride and form, seems to help with the pace and effort.
