Race day!!!

Terrible race...started ok but starting at mile 12 my legs started cramping. It continued to get worse. My mistake was not taking my water belt and relying on the aid stations. Salt packets helped but I should have started sooner and taken them more frequently. The problem also could have been the 51 mile fundraiser. Possibly not enough time for recovery before the race. Total distance 26:39 pace 9:26
